The Eucharist is the summit of Catholic worship and the source of infinite grace for those who receive the Body and Blood of our Savior Jesus Christ in faith. We cannot emphasis enough the importance, indeed the centrality of the Eucharist in the life of a Catholic.

Our First Eucharist program for children is designed to encourage an on-going appreciation for the gift of the Eucharist, the Blessed Sacrament, throughout our lives as Catholics.  To that end, the preparation offers a variety of ways for the child to develop their understanding and love for Jesus in the Eucharist: classes, retreat days, family gatherings and, most importantly, regular weekly Mass attendancec It is recommended that children begin their preparation in the Second Grade.
