
Our Pastor, Reverend Robert D. Bruso
Reverend Robert D. Bruso has been Pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Parish since August 18, 2000. Previously, he served at St. John the Evangelist Parish in Clinton and St. Mary’s Parish in Uxbridge. Father Bob, as he prefers to be known, is a graduate of Georgetown University. He received a Master’s Degree in Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Theology from Immaculate Conception Seminary of Seton Hall University. He has also studied church history at Weston Jesuit School of Theology in Cambridge. He was ordained on June 5, 1993. He is Dean of Deanery XII (Fitchburg) for the Diocese of Worcester and a member of the Diocesan Presbyteral Council, and the Forward in Faith Catholic Schools Financial Aid Review Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Montachusett Interfaith Hospitality Network, Pax Christi USA Massachusetts Chapter and the Montachusett YMCA.

Deacon Salvatore Tantillo was ordained a Deacon on December 7, 2002 by Bishop Reily. Deacon Sal has served at St. Anthony Parish since his ordination. Along with assisting at all weekend Masses and preaching monthly, Deacon Sal ministers at baptisms, marriages, Communion services at The Highlands Health Care, wake services, and is involved as a RCIA team member. He participates in ongoing continuing education offered through the Worcester Diocese.
Deacon Sal has been married to his wife Mary for 37 years. They have two children; a son Michael 36 and a daughter Tara 33. He has worked as a hairdresser at his salon in Concord for the last 34 years.
