Baptism frees you from Original Sin and from all sin. You become an adopted child of God, and a member of the Church. Baptism can only be received once in a lifetime.
If you are interested in having your child baptized, please fill out our Baptism Intake Form.
If this is your first child being baptized, you will be required to attend a brief baptismal prep with Deacon Mark. Upon us receiving your Baptism Intake Form, either Deacon Mark or Fr. Juan will contact you.
As always, you can contact the office or call us 978-342-4706.
If you are a young adult or older you will need to participate in our R.C.I.A. program that begins each fall. For more information on this program please contact Deacon Mark or Fr. Juan.
All are welcome!
First Holy Communion is considered one of the holiest and most important occasions in a Roman Catholic person's life. It is the first time that a person receives the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist, which is the eating of consecrated bread, representing Jesus's body, and drinking of consecrated wine, representing Jesus's blood. We as Catholics believe Christ is truly present in the Eucharist!
When we do this, we remember His sacrifice for us!
You are encouraged to receive Holy Communion every time you go to Mass once you have made your First Holy Communion.
If your child is seven years or older, they will need to attend preparation classes for this as well as first Reconciliation. Please fill out a Religious Education Form and you will be contacted in early September.
If you have an older child or high school-age student who has not made their First Holy Communion, please contact Fr. Juan.
Confirmation is the sacrament by which Catholics receive a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Through Confirmation, the Holy Spirit gives them the increased ability to practice their Catholic faith in every aspect of their lives and to witness Christ in every situation.
It represents a personal commitment to grow in the knowledge, love, and practice of our faith. When you are confirmed, you gain a new identity as a full member of the Church.
Confirmation classes for high school-aged students are offered each fall. Please fill out a Religious Education Form and you will be contacted by a teacher in September.
If you are older than high school age, please check out our information on RCIA.
Reconciliation or Confession is about the mercy and love of Jesus. When you are sorry for your actions and sins, God offers you forgiveness and peace through the words and actions of a priest. This sacrament reconciles you to God and restores you to his grace and friendship.
Steps for Reconciliation:
Formerly known as Last Rites, Anointing of the Sick is administered by a priest not only when someone is close to death but also when they need healing for physical, mental, and spiritual ailments. The priest prays and anoints the forehead and hands with oil to signify healing, strength, and most importantly, the presence of God.
If you or someone you know would like to receive this sacrament, please contact Fr. Juan.
A Catholic ceremony consists of three biblical readings, the exchange of vows, the exchange of rings, the Prayer of the Faithful, the nuptial blessing, prayers and appropriate music. The Roman Catholic wedding is rich in tradition and liturgy.

Ordination to the priesthood is always a call and a gift from God, not a career choice. It is a sacrament of service.
Only a bishop can ordain deacons and priests. They serve as our shepherds and we, their flock.
If you think God might be calling you to this holy ministry, please contact the Vocations Office at the Diocese of Worcester.
What is RCIA? RCIA in and of itself is NOT a sacrament.
RCIA, which stands for Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is the process through which baptized adult candidates prepare for Catholic sacraments and enter fully into the Catholic Church. It includes several stages marked by study, prayer, and rites at Mass. RCIA welcomes all those interested in learning more about the Catholic Faith.
Please contact Fr. Juan or Deacon Mark with questions. Classes typically form in early Fall.
